• How long does it take to recieve a custom product?
  Since all of our products are made by hand they take about 2 to 3 weeks to arrive once you place your order. However, you can always order expedited production and shipping and we wil begin working on your order immediately and even ship it overnight. To order expedited production and shipping please select the correct shipping option in your shopping cart.
• How long have you been in business?
  We've been making custom super hero capes since 2001! We're no fly-by-night operation and we plan to be around for many years to come!
• Is my information private?
  Your information is safe with us! We never sell, share, give or send your information to any 3rd party. Ever. Period. You can read our complete Privacy Statement here
• What if you don't have what I'm looking for?
  We have our own manufacturing facility so we can make anything you need! Use this form to purchase a complete custom, from the ground up item and include the specs of the custom item you would like us to make. You can also upload a picture. In some cases we will provide you with an estimate of the time and additional cost involved before we agree to start.
• Where are you located?
  We're located in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan. Our crack team of super hero apparel makers, web gurus and customer support people are also located right here in the Detroit area.

Product Help & FAQ

• Are your products washable?
  We recommend that you gently hand wash all items and then line dry them and apply an iron when necessary
• Do you offer capes in adult sizes?
  Yes we do. Each cape can be ordered in a SuperHero size which is an adult size measuring 48 inches long.
• How are your products made?
  All of our products are made by hand. We cut, trim and sew every piece of fabric ourselves.
• What materials are used to make your products?
  Here is a quick overview of the materials used in each of our products:

  Capes, Masks, Emblems & Initials

  Capes, the emblems, initials and masks are made from a premium satin material. The capes have a serged edge and the emblems and initials are embroidered onto the cape. The masks are soft and flexible with an adjustable strap that can be cut to size. The cape closure uses hook and loop and NOT a tie for safety reasons.

  Blaster Cuffs are made from a fleece material and use hook and loop to stay on.

Payment & Shipping Help & FAQ

• Can I cancel my order?
  Yes. At any time if you are not completely satisfied you may cancel your order. You will receive a full refund if the products have not yet been made. If the products have already been made and/ or shipped you will be charged the full amount.
• Can I order by Phone?
  It depends. If you are having difficulties using the site or or are unable to access the site then you may place an order by phone. Generally we only allow phone orders for purchases of 10 capes or more.
• Do you ship international?
  Yes! We ship our products all over the world.
• How does my order ship & arrive?
  We ship with USPS (United States Postal Service). The order packaging type will depend on how many products are in your order.
• I need my order NOW! Can you make and send it ASAP?
  Yes we can! Once you get to the checkout shopping cart be sure to choose the fastest shipping option available.
• Is your site secure?
  YES! Our site is very secure. In fact it meets the highest standards for PCI (Payment Card Industry) Security Compliance. Our site is PCI Level 1 which means it is as secure as an online site can possibly be. In addition we take extra measures to ensure the security of your data on our site.
• What forms of payment do you accept?

• I don't have a blog or a website. Can I still make money with your Affiliate Program?
  Yes you can! All you need to do in order to earn money from our affiliate program is to sign up and get people to click on your personal affiliate link. You can put this link anywhere: in an email to friends and family, on your Twitter page, on a Myspace or Facebook page, too. Every time someone clicks on your affiliate link and makes a purchase from our store you will get a commission.

• What are the requirements to become a wholesaler?
  In order to buy our products at wholesale price you must order a minimum of 100 products per month.
